Hi I'm Tamara and I am a Beautiful Brown Bold woman. I triumphed through abuse and health scares and Yet I am still making it through it all standing proud in the skin I'm in! I am blessed to be selected as one of Pittsburghs Beautiful Brown Bold women. I hold my head high with appreciation in knowing I am in a movement with fellow queens of BBB and acknowledge my self worth and entitlement within itself.
My biggest adversity I am still working on day by day is building my self esteem and self worth! In the past I have been in a abusive relationship where I was told I'm not pretty, I'm fat, or too skinny, not light enough, list goes on. With that being said building my self esteem back up has been challenging I must say. I am free from the Abuse and I am learning day by day to Embrace my curves, Embrace my beauty, Keep my head held high, and surround myself with Positivity every step of the way. Happiness is a choice not a result and I choose to be HAPPY. I hope my experience can help another woman through her obstacle in Loving Yourself First before any Man.
