First I just want to say thank you God for everything that has happened in my life. He has always turned it around for good.
My name is Pamela Champion. I am 5'8", 36 and a Optical Lab Technician. While being pregnant with my first child Gabriela, I was attending college. I finally decided I was going to finish my degree in Exercise Science. I was a part time student and worker. I realized it would take a little longer at this rate but at least I would finally have my degree. I obtained my personal training certification and was well on my way to an actual career. Well things changed again after I became pregnant with my second daughter Michaela. I was one and a half years out from graduating when I had her. With two kids and even the income from my then fiancé I had to work full time. At that point I then put schooling on the back burner. It's been there ever since. It seems difficult to even think about finishing college. I am hoping that one day I'll be able to finish.
I love powerlifting so a current goal is just to compete again. Lifting was such an integral part of the reason why I got my certification. Other than that I've pretty much poured myself into my kids. I think deep down I feel I have to push them so they won't turn out like me, someone who has a job and not a career. But at the end of the day I'm blessed. I don't know what God has in store for me. I'll just have to wait and see.
