My name is Bianca Leonard. I am 25 years of age and 5'2 in height. While in graduate school, I was confronted with the number 1 woman in my life getting knocked down by an autoimmune disease. It created a whirlwind of effects that led her in the hospital with multiple cerebral effects that needed immediate surgery. During this time, I was not focused and unmotivated to continue school. I prayed hard and watched my mother get stronger over the months. With God and faith, I am elated to say I was able to walk the stage a few months later as well as graduate with a 4.0.
I currently hold the position of a Masters leveI clinician at Mercy Behavioral Health. I have been able to uplift our woman and become an advocate for them. I have not only become a listening ear but a motivating force to push these women to the potential that I have seen when I first met them.
My ultimate goal is to open my own Marriage and Family Therapy practice as well as ultimately become Dr. Bianca A Leonard. I am confident to say that I will make that happen and will not let anything stop me.
